- EQUITY: Borrowers need to have enough equity in their property to achieve with a combined LVR of no greater than 75% . (i.e.: Property Valued at $300,000. 1st Mortgage + Our Mortgage = $240,000 maximum)
- EXIT STRATEGY: Borrowers must have an “exit strategy” (i.e.: have money coming by way of refinancing or a property settlement, or alike), in order to be able to repay the full amount including interest and Establishment Fee’s, by a predetermined date.
The application process is very simple, and loans are generally approved within an hour of receiving the application and the required paperwork, with settlement into the borrower's bank account within 24 hours in most cases.
